  • Cooked. A documentary series in which author and journalist Michael Pollan searches for the origin of our relationship with food. The season is divided in one-hour-long, beautifully shot episodes categorised as nature's elements. The episode ‘air’ is focused on bread. Bakers from all around the world show and speak about their passion for grains.

  • Martha Bakes. Martha Stewart has her own baking show on Netflix and episode 3 is all about the dough. Within the first minutes you’ll know that you came to the right place. You’ll see all kinds of baked goods looking extremely delicious. We’re talking pizza, pretzels and apple strudel. For each of those Martha brings in an expert, like Nick Malgieri, to show you their recipe.

  • Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Combine a classic story with Tim Burton’s creativity and you get this amazing movie. Whether it's the original movie with Gene Wilder that triggered your interest in chocolate or not, this remake is a must-watch for all ages. A fantasy for everyone with a sweet tooth, and especially for chocolatiers.

  • Chef’s Table. In the fourth episode of season 4 we meet chef Will Goldfarb. This American moved to Bali for some peace and quiet and now owns a restaurant called Room 4 Desserts. And yes, they only serve desserts. With only fresh and local ingredients. Will shows us how he uses fresh Balinese cocoa beans in very creative and beautiful dishes. This well-shot and truly inspiring episode is worth a big recommendation.
