Tartine manufactory

Located in a former tile factory in San Francisco, Tartine Manufactory is a bakery, all-day eatery, ice cream shop and also serves coffee, wine and beer. It’s a hotspot for its delicious sandwiches and bread service but it’s also open for lunch and dinner. And they are on a mission: their objective is to challenge the industry to create beautiful food and improve the livelihoods of every link in the chain through a platform of collaboration. These days their bakery is a place to be for every cake aficionado in the San Francisco area. Visit them for sweet cakes with rhubarb or nectarine, savoury quiches with spinach, goat cheese or fennel and the most delicious croissants you have ever tasted.
